We are currently recruiting for a proactive individual to join our busy Housing Association based in Bath.
Curo has over 15,000 homes in our care and we are seeking someone to take on the role of Administration Officer responsible for communicating directly with customers, colleagues and external partners in an administration environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the repair and maintenance teams
* Communicate with customers, colleagues and external partners via phone, email and face-to-face
* Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
