Overview We are seeking a well mannered, highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The chosen candidate will be working in an extremely busy atmosphere and will be responsible, alongside a team, for greeting customers and suppliers, answering phone calls, calling customers and suppliers and communicating with our engineers. This role requires proficiency in basic data entry. Training will be provided to learn specialist software and no previous experience necessary. Duties Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Manage phone calls, providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional phone etiquette Perform all clerical duties such as filing and scanning documents Maintain office supplies Administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing online calendar Upload supplier invoices using Xero, ensuring accuracy in all transactions Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication within the office and workshop Provide direct support to two directors Manage social media (optional) Experience Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in computerised systems and software Excellent English and typing skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A positive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills If you are an ambitious individual looking to contribute to an exciting office environment, we encourage you to consider forwarding your application, as soon as possible.
