Our client is seeking a highly motivated, efficient and personable Viewing agent in the Banchory and Stonehaven area. Responsibilities Include: Conduct property viewings for the sales department. Assist with on-site queries and maintain regular communication with branch offices. Record feedback on comment sheets. Perform property checks on vacant properties, including meter readings, removing mail and reporting back to the office. Remove 'for sale' signs when required. Conduct mail runs between branches and deliver items to clients as required. Undertake minor maintenance work and other ad hoc duties as necessary. Hours: This is a job share position, with each partner working 21 hours per week as follows: Week One: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 11:00 to 19:00, including a 1-hour lunch break. Week Two: Mondays and Tuesdays from 11:00 to 19:00, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00, including a 1-hour lunch break. Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience as a Viewing Agent is not essential, as training will be provided. Applicants must possess a full, clean, manual driver’s licence recognised in the UK and have excellent local knowledge of Aberdeenshire.
