We seek a talented, enthusiastic and qualified person to take on the role of Maintenance Supervisor. They must have experience and working knowledge working of site maintenance and supervising a team of multiple trades and experience. You will carry out a variety of tasks in support of the team as we conduct maintenance, repairs and installations across the campus. The right candidate will take pride in completing these works whilst ensuring student and staff experience and stakeholder standards are maintained. You will also have responsibility for upholding safety guidelines and complying with codes and regulations. Maintenance Supervisor Job Duties include ; Manage and support the Maintenance Team to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and refurbishment on existing buildings and infrastructure. Manage the Maintenance Helpdesk and prioritize reported tasks. Ensure staff comply with health and safety legislation, School policy and safe working practices. Assess the materials and consumables needed for tasks. Place, track and collate stock for the department. Provide professional assessments and advice, ensure the team is following direction and remains on task. Experience and Qualities Candidates should demonstrate maintenance experience, strong written and verbal communication, customer service skills, understanding of risk assessment, joinery apprenticeship, diagnostics, fault finding, initiative, responsibility, safety, professional appearance.
