Job Description
We are looking for an eager Customer Care Executive looking to develop their career in the world of customer care.
In this role
1. Provide outstanding service to customer complaint escalations ensuring that they are dealt with efficiently and with the right level of sensitivity.
2. Investigate and resolve customer complaints through a variety of channels, most of it being done over the phone.
3. Take ownership ensuring the customer is kept informed of any developments relating to their query until a full resolution is reached.
4. Be confident and able to navigate the website and the travel booking systems efficiently and effectively.
5. Lead by example representing the values of the business.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience in travel sector advantageous.
* Outstanding communication skills – Fluent English (Speaking and Writing).
* Quick to learn.
* Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
