What You’ll Be Doing
Provide one-on-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Help implement tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Inspire and support students in their learning journey.
Collaborate with teachers and professionals to foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Assist in classroom management and provide essential behaviour support.
What You Bring
Qualifications:
* Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (a must-have!).
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is a big plus!
* Additional SEN support training? Even better!
Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience working with SEN students.
* An understanding of diverse learning needs and SEN strategies.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Organisational superpowers and time-management magic.
