We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual to lead our team of care professionals. As a Lead Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the home, including recruitment, retention, budget management, and rota planning.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional care and support to our residents, empowering them to live healthy, happy, and meaningful lives. You will work closely with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary package of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
