What you will be doing...
* Lead and shape our social media strategy, driving engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
* Manage and mentor a talented team, ensuring creativity and consistency across all platforms.
* Create and oversee high-quality content, keeping our brand voice fresh and engaging.
* Own the social media calendar, ensuring a strong, consistent presence across all channels.
* Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand our reach and credibility.
* Analyse performance data, optimising content to boost engagement, conversions, and ROI.
* Work with external agencies, digital, content, and sales teams to integrate social into wider business strategies.
* Leverage paid social campaigns, ensuring they drive real, measurable results.
* Stay ahead of trends and innovations, keeping Parkdean Resorts at the forefront of social media.
* Support and train internal teams, empowering them to create standout content.
Some of the skills we’re looking for:
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a strategic social media or digital marketing role, with a strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
* Creative and commercially minded with the ability to craft compelling content that also drives business results.
* Experience managing and developing a team, with the ability to inspire and guide individuals to excel.
* A thorough understanding of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement and growth.
* Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
* A keen interest in digital trends and a proactive approach to innovation.
* Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
