As a Personal Travel Manager, you will be creating relationships with your clients based on providing exceptional customer service within a customer facing role in our retail store; always going the extra mile to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the principal point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring a seamless, high-end travel experience. Manage all aspects of the sales and after-sales process, from itinerary design to travel execution. Maintain in-depth knowledge of hotel contracts, airline policies, and tour operator operations to maximize client value. Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth booking, invoicing, and ticketing processes. Consistently exceed client expectations by delivering personalized, white-glove service. Work towards KPI-driven sales targets, actively identifying opportunities to grow revenue. Leverage industry expertise to confidently recommend luxury destinations and accommodations based on client needs. Build and nurture strong relationships with hotels, ground agents, and key travel partners to enhance the VIP client experience. Engage in networking and business development activities to expand your client base. Utilize GDS systems to efficiently manage reservations. Maintain client relationships through both face-to-face and phone interactions with a professional, tailored approach. First and foremost, we need someone who focused, professional and is truly passionate about travel. You will not shy away from setting goals for yourself and focus 100% on achieving them. You will be confident in your approach to others while showing them understanding and respect, while still having the ability to persuade and negotiate to achieve the desired outcome. You will take personal responsibility for your own work and team contribution, while creating your own measures of success and understand what that means to the outcomes for the business. What we're looking for: • Being the principal point of contact for all VIP clientele assigned to you whilst offering the highest level of customer service within a face to face environment • Managing every stage of the sales, after-sales and travel experience. • Understanding of hotel contracts / airline rules / general tour op operations • Communicating with support staff to ensure clear process for booking, invoicing, and ticketing is maintained • Taking exceptional pride in ensuring that the customers’ needs are always meet and going above and beyond what is required • Being target and sales focused and activity working to achieve KPI’s and sales targets set • Using initiative and resourcefulness to identify additional opportunities to sell to existing clients or bring new clients to the Winged Boots business. • Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the best possible customer experience • Confidently recommending and suggesting the most suitable destinations and properties for your clients based on their wants and needs, based on your first-hand experience • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hotels and ground agents to ensure our clients are given the best VIP treatment • Actively network to build business within the local area to gain business exposure • GDS competent • Building a rapport with customers over the phone and face to face.
