Langley School is seeking to employ a new HR Advisor looking to develop their generalist experience and increase their exposure to complex casework. The successful candidate will already have some experience in dealing with all aspects of HR and be used to multi-tasking and prioritising their workload. In this busy and varied role, you will work closely with the HR Manager to assist in delivering the people plan across two school sites at Loddon and Taverham.
We are looking for a proactive, professional and people-oriented individual who is hands on in their approach and brings with them a good understanding of employment law. You will play a key part in ensuring all employee lifecycle processes are compliant with our regulatory standards and HR best practice.
You will also provide line managers with advice and guidance and support of day-to-day employee relations matters in a timely manner, in line with policy and legal compliance, escalating complex or sensitive issues to the HR Manager, as appropriate.
