The position is responsible for shaping and delivering on reward and benefits programmes to cover all areas of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the senior leadership team, key stakeholders and HR colleagues, you will develop frameworks and processes to manage:
Job grading frameworks and pay structures
Salary and benefits benchmarking
Gender pay gap and reporting
Recognition & incentive schemes
Performance
Annual salary, pay and bonus reviews
All benefits including 3rd party relationships and suppliers
Analysing data and providing insights to senior management, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
Ensure all reward programs comply with regional laws and regulations.
One direct report
You will be an experienced Reward professional across all areas of reward and benefits, able to demonstrate knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking. With strong analytical skills you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships at all levels. Any experience of European reward would be beneficial.
The company is open to considering someone full time or four days, and you will be required to be on site 3 days/week. This is a great opportunity to work for a recognised brand with scope for development and growth.
