For nearly two decades, we’ve been transforming lives in Bury and the surrounding communities through top-tier Chiropractic and Disc care in a warm, supportive environment. Now, we’re expanding our front desk team to help us bring the power of Chiropractic and Disc care to even more people.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences. Your days will be diverse, your interactions meaningful, and your impact profound.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect and Convert: Engage with patients to discuss treatment options, courses of care, and pricing with clarity and compassion.
* Champion Wellness in the Community: Attend external talks at local companies, help set up and attend outreach events at local fairs and supermarkets, and engage with the community to share the benefits of Chiropractic and Disc care. Your mission? Inspire new consultations and help people take their first step toward true wellness.
* Create Lasting Impressions: Manage appointment schedules, keep records organised, and assist our Chiropractic, Disc, and Massage teams.
* Be a Problem Solver: Turn challenges into opportunities by addressing guest concerns with empathy and skillful conflict resolution.
* Host and Educate: Help implement and participate in engaging events and workshops on Chiropractic, Disc and holistic wellness.
Position Details
* Hours: 14-26 hours + per week, including early mornings, evenings, and alternate Saturdays. Flexibility is key!
* Centre Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–7:15 pm, Saturday, 7:30 am–2:00 pm (potentially extending to 4:00 pm).
