About the role:
We have a fixed term opportunity to join the Web Content Team within Marketing at the University of Central Lancashire, as Web Content Coordinator. The Web Content Team and the wider Web Team at the University of Central Lancashire develop, manage, and support digital web projects and content, with a focus on the main corporate website and the virtual experience platform.
About you:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about content and ideally has experience of content management systems. Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative and customer facing role with multiple deadlines and the ability to prioritise workload is essential.
The successful candidate should hold a good honours degree or equivalent experience in journalism, marketing or creative writing. You will help drive, inform, and implement content on the website, as well as assisting with occasional photoshoots, copywriting and page creation.
You will take day-to-day direction from the Web Content Manager and will work collaboratively across the team and with wider stakeholders with the aim for continual improvement in all matters to ensure best practice.
