Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on support to pupils with ASD, focusing on their learning and emotional well-being .
* Use a positive and nurturing approach to help children with communication, social, and behavioural challenges.
* Encourage participation in classroom activities, promoting inclusion and a sense of belonging.
* Work closely with the class teacher and other professionals to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.
* Monitor progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and staff to ensure continuous development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children with Autism or other special educational needs .
* A deep understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and how it impacts learning and behaviour .
* The ability to adapt teaching methods to suit each child's unique needs.
* A flexible, positive attitude with a true passion for supporting children with special needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
