As Head of Development, you will work closely with the Development Director and Principal to lead this transformative journey.
About the Role
As Head of Development, you will:
* Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to significantly increase philanthropic income.
* Build and nurture relationships with major donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
* Champion fundraising initiatives across the college, engaging the entire community to support strategic priorities.
* Develop tailored proposals and strategies to secure major gifts, with an emphasis on six- and seven-figure contributions.
* Collaborate with the Development team to deliver innovative giving programs and ensure excellent donor stewardship.

* A proven track record of securing major gifts and building long-term relationships with high-value donors.
* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and convey complex ideas persuasively.
* Strategic vision and a proactive, self-sufficient approach to work.
* A strong interest in education, social impact, and the unique mission of graduate colleges.
