Project Site Co-ordinator
The Project Site Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who is organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Site Administrator will be responsible for maintaining office systems, managing data entry, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
There will be travel involved in this role, so it's essential that you drive; you will be traveling to sites around Manchester, Newcastle, and Yorkshire.
Responsibilities
1. Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
2. Maintain an organised office environment to facilitate efficient workflows.
3. Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
4. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings using Google Suite tools.
5. Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
6. Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
7. Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to maintain necessary stock levels.
Skills
1. Proficiency in clerical tasks with strong organisational skills.
2. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
3. Competence in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping.
4. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
