We are now looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As a Recruitment Advisor, you will take the lead in our talent acquisition efforts, driving recruitment from planning through to successful onboarding. You will be the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, building strong relationships internally and externally. Specifically, you will oversee onboarding and probation processes, ensuring a smooth and structured experience for all new hires, while contributing to wider HR initiatives such as training, compliance, and social value programmes. Additionally, you will: - Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to assess recruitment needs - Create and manage job descriptions and interview packs - Use various sourcing channels and liaise with agencies where required - Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage feedback - Manage onboarding tasks including contracts and system entry - Conduct new starter check-ins and support probation reviews About You To be considered as a Recruitment Advisor, you will need: - Previous experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes - The ability to build strong internal and external relationships - Experience negotiating contracts and using recruitment databases - Familiarity with applicant tracking and HR information systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle A REC or CIPD membership, or knowledge in psychometric testing, would be beneficial but is not essential. Travel will be required to other operating locations across the business to support recruitment activities.
