We are looking for a Operations Training Lead to join our team at Woodward, Prestwick. This position reports directly to the General Manager and has the primary responsibility of establishing and maintaining individuals competency in relation to Part 145 and ISO/AS requirements as well as all other key training deliverables including the management of a site training program. This position will manage the site training program to establish training scope and objectives and determine training needs of members. They will project plan and manage the training schedule and required resources. Aim to develop certification materials, that include simulation scenarios, progress checks and knowledge assessments. Design, produce and deliver training content, using a variety of delivery methods including instructor-led courses, virtual, web-based or other learning solutions with the assistance of stakeholders. Validate training success/objectives, training environment management and training materials by creating and monitoring training KPIs. Ensure Managers, Planners, Supervisors, Operational and Support Staff as well as Certifying Staff understand their responsibilities and can demonstrate competency in accordance with Regulations for Aviation Maintenance Organizations and required standards.
