**Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Present product/service offerings to prospective clients and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
