General Manager Position Annual Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Location: Lancashire - Live in Available Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week Reports to: Regional Manager/Operations Director We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced General Manager to oversee all operational facets of a Boutique Park. This role is central to steering Operations, Sales, Grounds, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage sectors towards achieving the Park’s financial objectives and operational plans. Responsibilities: Uphold and enhance park presentation standards Lead and manage all park operations in accordance with current company policies Develop and sustain high-performing teams Facilitate regular strategy meetings with department heads to align on meeting the operational demands of the park Foster an environment that encourages guest feedback, aiming to surpass guest and owner expectations Oversee all revenue avenues including sales of holiday homes, holiday rentals, retail, and food & beverage operations Implement cost-control measures and strategic initiatives to boost sales and achieve financial targets. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, promoting a secure environment for both guests and staff. Actively seek opportunities for growth and promotion of the park, manage social media presence Maintain transparent communication with direct report regarding any operational challenges or concerns. Provide weekly performance reports to the Directors and maintain collaborative relationships Participate in training as required and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proactive, driven approach and exceptional presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and pay attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities, resilience under pressure, and flexibility in work arrangements. A positive, solution-oriented attitude with robust business and financial insight. Extensive experience in senior management, preferably in a holiday park or similar environment.
