We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to start in an administrative role with clear pathways for growth and development within the supply chain field. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Manage and process orders received via our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Project Coordination: Work closely with sales, production, and stores teams on various projects. Daily Ordering: Ensure daily ordering of components to meet production requirements. Order Management: Place, track, and ensure timely delivery of orders. Purchase Orders: Raise purchase orders (POs) and assist in negotiating terms with suppliers. Skills and Qualifications: MS Office Proficiency: Basic skills in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs (training will be provided). Supplier Communication: Good communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers. Administrative Experience: Any previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
