Kiwa UK is looking for a Business Analyst to oversee the creation and development of quality data across our business, enabling excellent data analysis to support stakeholders in driving growth. In this business-facing role, you’ll be responsible for aligning business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring data accuracy.

Overview:
* Ensure data quality and integrity across all business systems.
* Develop and implement data maintenance procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Develop and present detailed business cases and project proposals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
* Liaise between various departments and groups.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data quality and reporting.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and user guides.
* Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
Responsibilities:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of MS365 and Power BI.
* Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Experience with data quality management and data maintenance practices.
* Willingness to travel infrequently if and when needed.
* Dynamism, aptitude for problem solving and teamwork, persistence, accuracy, practicality, reliability, flexibility, and results oriented.
Qualifications:

* 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday, UK remote role (with infrequent UK travel).
