NHS North East North Cumbria (NENC) ICB is a key part of the NHS in our region, working to improve the health of our local population, and ensure that all patients can easily access the care they need quickly and easily when they need it.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual on a fixed term basis to temporarily cover a key leadership role within our team, as the current post holder is due to go off on maternity leave. The individual will be committed to developing a robust approach to the health and care integration within the NENC.
Main duties of the job
By joining our team you will be helping us to achieve our key priorities, which include:
* Supporting the delivery of transformational projects which are aligned with our directorate priorities, determined by the ICB 5-plan across the NENC.
* Contributing towards service improvement opportunities, which provide better outcomes for patients.
* Supporting the development of services and projects. Ensuring inter-dependencies across multiple partners and transformation programmes are understood and meet the needs of the local populations.

Our Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the largest in the country, responsible for ensuring that high quality and safe health services are accessible to all of our communities. It has a wide range of functions, including promoting integration of health and care services, improving people's health and well-being, and reducing health inequalities.
The ICB works with our Provider Collaborative, which includes the 11 NHS Foundation Trusts in the region, to deliver our shared priorities.
Please note: the LMNS PMO Team cover the North East and North Cumbria area; therefore, the office base will be agreed with the successful candidate from the following ICB office locations:
* North Ormesby Health Village – Middlesbrough
* Park House - Carlisle

Knowledge, Training and Experience
* Evidence of sustained personal & professional development
* Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
* Master's level qualification or equivalent experience
* Health care experience is essential with a demonstrable track record of success in NHS organisation.
* Experience in the management of multi-project programmes of work.
* A wide range of improvement tools and approaches.
* Experience of effective partnership and working with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
* Experience in developing programme or project plans across multiple partners and stakeholders, achieving consensus and managing successful delivery.
* Experience in performance management approaches including analysis of data and performance reporting.
* Knowledge and experience of staff line management.
* Knowledge and experience of working within financial budgets.
* Experience of managing relationships with stakeholders.
* Programme management skills and experience.
