Based in our European headquarters in Maidenhead, the EMEA professional marketing team is responsible for the management and execution of all product and brand marketing support for our trade power tool brand, Milwaukee. The department is a busy and dynamic function that supplies all European regions with the marketing materials needed to deliver the company’s ambitious financial growth targets. Reporting to the Brand Coordinator, as the Marketing Assistant for Milwaukee, you will be expected to support the day-to-day marketing activities of the trade marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution and timelines of the projects they lead. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • To support the Brand Coordinator EMEA in day-to-day activities • To work with Product Managements teams and local translators to ensure data is maintained within Product Information Management software, and to transform this data within PIM to deliver content to various outputs • Maintaining and managing the Merchandising website, Fact tag portal and PIM PowerPoint exports • To work closely with internal designers and local market translators to deliver 23 language versions of Milwaukee catalogue. • Utilizing US issued PR and localising material in conjunction with Product Management teams and issuing to local marketing teams for translation • To coordinate with local marketing teams across EMEA to consolidate order volumes on campaign POS and premiums • To monitor stock levels of marketing materials in UK, German, Polish and French distribution centres via SAP reporting. Coordinate with central ordering teams to re-order as required, considering order rate and product lead times. Coordinate with local marketing teams to clean existing stocks. • Manage life cycle of marketing materials • To create quarterly sales and margin reports in regard to the Heavy Duty Centre program implementation utilizing QlikView software. • Ordering of product samples for marketing team within SAP. • Ordering products for internal and distributor conferences within SAP • Raising PRs in Basware If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us
