Key Responsibilities: The role will include involvement across all outputs of the marketing mix, including but not limited to; Develop and deliver marketing materials across multiple channels, including point of sale, merchandising, in-store campaigns, print literature, and press releases. Support the creation of video and photography assets, including briefing, reviewing storyboards, attending and overseeing production shoots. Complete administrative tasks, such as managing the image library and regularly updating assets for local marketing use and website integration. Collaborate with local marketing teams and product management to develop compelling NPI (New Product Introduction) and category marketing content that aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives. Work closely with the brand marketing, digital, and content teams, as well as external suppliers and key distributors across Europe. Support with event marketing. Ensure accuracy and consistency by maintaining brand guidelines across all marketing materials. Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines. Key Skills: The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand standards. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. A creative mindset is key to developing engaging and impactful campaigns. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to engage with a range of stakeholders while also being confident in working independently. A proactive mindset, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be critical for this role. This role is based in Maidenhead, but some European and long-haul travel will be integral to this role. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: University Degree Good organisational, time management skills with knowledge, understanding and ability to prioritise, plan and control own workloads.
