We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a busy Customer Services Team on a temporary secondment of up to 3 months. This role will cover working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
As part of a happy and supportive team, you will deliver a front-line service to both customers and staff, communicating in person, over the telephone, by email, and through the web. You will assist enquirers by providing advice, interpreting queries, and directing them to the appropriate services and taking callback messages for busy departments.
The Customer Service Centre handles over 150,000 customer interactions annually across various channels and involves a diverse range of services, so you need to have excellent IT skills, fantastic verbal communication, and a calm, patient, and helpful telephone manner.
We are seeking an individual dedicated to delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service, who works collaboratively with both customers and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
