Senior Transformation Manager Job Description: About Our Senior Transformation Manager The Senior Transformation Manager will spearhead strategic initiatives within Sage's Transformation programs. This role involves planning, defining, designing, and overseeing complex, high-priority projects. Collaborating with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners, the Senior Transformation Manager will shape the vision, scope, objectives, and benefits of Transformation Projects. As an expert in transformation, they will ensure high-standard project delivery, advise on methodologies, unblock issues, consult on change, and drive transformation at pace. The successful candidate will need to work from our office 3 days a week LI-CR2 Key Responsibilities: Summary of Your Day to Day Your daily responsibilities will include maintaining an outcome-focused mindset, leading strategic analysis and design, contributing to business cases and plans, and designing and implementing programs from inception to delivery. You will plan and track phases of the transformation value chain, partner with business leaders to identify and test hypotheses, and provide expertise to improve Sage's Operating Model. Monitoring progress, performance, and outcomes of transformation activities, guiding project teams, and presenting status updates and reports to TO LT will be key aspects of your role. Minimum Qualifications Qualified in Agile Delivery (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Agile PM). Qualified in structured project management (e.g., Prince, MSP, PMI). Qualified in Change Management (e.g., ADKAR).
