What We’re Looking For Professional Registration: RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) with active NMC registration. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership in a care home or healthcare operations setting. Commissioning Background: Strong background in opening new services or turning around underperforming facilities. Financial Acumen: Excellent knowledge of budgeting, financial oversight, and cost control. Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of care sector regulations and industry standards. Team Management: Skilled in staff leadership, motivation, and team development. Communication Skills: Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities. Analytical Thinking: Comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive improvements. Care Quality Focus: Passionate about delivering high-quality care and enhancing lives.
