I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join my client who specialise within the Manufacturing industry, on a 2 month contract. Day to Day role as a Customer Service Representative – Providing helpdesk support and advice via telephone and email to customers. Manage queries, supporting the entire process until completion. Have a basic understanding of products and services offered. General administrative tasks. Ensure customer enquiries are completed and actioned in accordance with Helpdesk KPI’s. Key skills and experience for the Customer Service Representative role – Experience in customer service within an office environment. Able to demonstrate customer service and telephone skills. Proficient in Microsoft Packages. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change at short notice. Strong multitasking skills. Call centre experience is ESSENTIAL.
