The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established law firm that provides expert legal advice to both businesses and individuals. As the firm's Counter-Fraud department continues to grow, they are seeking to appoint a Litigation Executive, Paralegal, or File Handler to manage their own caseload of litigated counter-fraud cases requiring non-delegated authority through to resolution.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing non-delegated counter-fraud cases.
Candidate Profile:
* Experienced Litigation Executive, Paralegal, or File Handler handling a RTA / Fraud caseload
* Proven ability to meet deadlines while prioritising and managing a diverse caseload
* Strong team player with the ability to work independently
* Excellent legal insight and attention to detail
* Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Professional and effective communicator with team members and clients
