Contract : Part time
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator based in the Riverside Industrial Estate area for a well established company.
Responsibilities:
* Use of Sage software for accounts
* Deal with incoming telephone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
* Liaise with customers, deal with enquiries and other administrative duties
Key Skills/Competencies:
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Accounts experience essential
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Integrity and confidentiality
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
* Strong IT skills (Sage, MS Word, Excel etc.) and the ability to learn new processes
* Good numeracy and literacy skills essential
Hours Of Work
* 9am-3pm, Monday, Thursday, Friday
* 3 days working per week
Pay Rates
* £11.50 per hour
