As a Special Needs Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students overcome barriers, build their confidence, and support their academic and personal growth. Main Responsibilities: Offer personalised support to primary-aged students with special educational needs, such as autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, or social and emotional challenges. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted strategies tailored to each child's needs. Work one-on-one or in small groups, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other professionals to deliver effective, child-centred support. Help children develop crucial skills in communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation. What We're Looking For: A recent graduate with a degree in Psychology or a related discipline. Excellent communication skills, patience, and a compassionate approach to supporting children with diverse needs. A strong desire to gain practical experience in special educational needs (SEN) and child development.
