Our Revenue Operations team is expanding to support a new business area, and we're looking for someone with solid Revenue/Sales Operations experience to join us in this Level 3 position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to continue developing their skills, progress internally, and play a key role in integrating our new business unit into the company.
In this role, you'll be supporting the Sales and Marketing functions within the new business unit and working closely with other IRIS teams to align and integrate our systems. A strong knowledge of SalesForce CRM is essential, and any experience working with the education sector would be a bonus.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Revenue Operations Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing Revenue Operations ticket requests, ensuring they are handled promptly.
* Documenting and analysing requirements to ensure they are fully understood and delivered by the appropriate teams.
* Distributing daily reports to relevant participants where reports are not automated.
* Providing ad-hoc analysis and support to other teams with requests for information.
* Collaborating with teams like Renewals, Finance, and Operations to support Sales information and processes.
* Managing order checks and assisting with the integration of order processing into our core systems.
* Supporting the Revenue Operations Manager or Senior Leadership Team with additional tasks as needed.
* Developing reports and dashboards in SalesForce and other systems, with a focus on Renewals.
* Documenting process flows and playbooks to support efficiency and process improvements.
* Supporting process mapping and contributing to any changes in key processes.
What Are We Looking For?
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* A qualification in business, finance, or administration.
* SalesForce CRM experience, including user experience or certification.
* Experience in Revenue Operations within a commercial environment.
* Background in Sales, Revenue, or Finance Operations.
* Strong knowledge of SalesForce, report preparation, and commercial reporting.
* Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
* Experience managing SharePoint applications and an understanding of marketing campaigns.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong attention to detail, numeric skills, and excellent organisational abilities.
* A positive, “can-do” attitude with a desire to grow within the company.
