Our 16th-century sandstone cellars host tasting events and we organize the Midlands Whisky Festival.
Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Client Relationship Manager at Nickolls & Perks. The role will involve managing client relationships, cleaning and analysing data, creating funnels, conducting outreach, resolving client issues, and promoting our products and events. The role is located in Stourbridge.
Qualifications
* Experience with CRM software - Particularly with our current CRM packages: Dotdigital and FunnelKit
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Sales and customer service experience
* Knowledge of wine, spirits, or luxury products
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
