We're looking for a Facilities and Workspace Coordinator to join our team on a part time basis covering two sites in Devizes and Frome. You'll help ensure our workspaces are safe, inclusive, and efficient by supporting the Workspace and Facilities Managers and handling day-to-day tasks. What You'll Do Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards. Respond to workspace requests and issues via the Service Desk. Assist with health, safety, and emergency planning across all workspaces. Manage contracts for services like cleaning, catering, and security. Be a key point of contact, supporting colleagues, contractors, and customers. What We're Looking For Experience in Facilities or Workspace Management, especially in corporate settings. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and priorities. Good people skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Familiarity with health and safety practices in the workplace. A proactive problem-solver with a keen interest in sustainability and improvement. Confident communicator, able to work with people at all levels. Ready to respond quickly and calmly to emergencies.
