The Macquarie Asset Management Real Asset's investment strategies include both closed ended and open-ended infrastructure equity funds as well as products focused on the High Net Worth market. Our Legal team is embedded within the Real Assets business and the role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with the distribution, fund management and investment management teams. You will support the Legal team based in London covering the Real Assets management business of Macquarie Asset Management, with a particular focus on the establishment, distribution and on-going management of our fund products targeted towards the high net wealth investors. You will be expected to work across the fund product range - including institutional funds and high-net worth products, and covering infrastructure, renewable energy and energy transition and private equity funds. What you offer You will have circa 2-4 years Post-Qualified Experience You will have private practice and/or in-house legal experience in asset management, with strong familiarity with European and UK asset management regimes and private fund structures. You will have worked on a number of European fundraisings in the private / alternative funds sector, ideally from the perspective of both managers and investors. Experience with fund structures in other jurisdictions, in particular the US, will be a benefit but not a requirement.
