We provide exceptional standards of Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care for 60-residents. What Will the Commissioning Home Manager Be Doing from Day One? Driving the occupancy from scratch Build your own team - Create and manage the recruitment strategy – This will include how you phase the recruitment drive from the very beginning, without becoming reliant upon agency usage. Ensuring profit and loss is in line with the budget set. Compliant with business governance, risk management processes and operational processes. Up to date with Health and Safety Regulations. Register the service with Local Authorities. Create HR functions for the care home, ie. Performance management, inductions, training etc Promoting marketing ideas to boost the reputation of the care home. Key Skills & Experience Registered Home Manager with experience in senior management. Proven track record working successfully in a care home. (Elderly setting) Commissioning home experience is advantageous, but not a deal-breaker. Strong commercial acumen.
