Hales Group are seeking Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Lowestoft to support them in their Arrears Support team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling challenging conversations with the public, demonstrating empathy and understanding in these interactions. This is a fast paced environment and the ideal candidate will be able to handle a diverse range of calls, including payment plans, affordability schemes, litigated queries and directing individuals to external organisations for additional support when necessary. The ideal Customer Service Advisor will hold the following experience; • Previous experience working with arrears or working with charities that address complex and sensitive enquiries would be beneficial • Previous experience working in a call-centre would be advantageous • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm, Saturdays 8am-1pm on a Rota basis LOCATION: Lowestoft ( hybrid working pattern) TERM: Permanent PAY: Up to £28,410 per annum Please note should your application be successful, the anticipated start date is Monday, 20th January 2025 and this is non-negotiable.
