At Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow Terminal 5, we are looking for an experienced and friendly Assistant Head Housekeeper with an exceptional eye for detail and ability to deliver a flawless service to join our team. The Role You will be responsible for deputising the Head Housekeeper ensuring the day-to-day running of the Housekeeping Operations, you will ensure the department delivers excellent customer service and achieves high levels of our brand standards and targets. Key responsibilities include: achieving high cleanliness standards across all areas of the hotel, ensuring guests rooms are ready within the agreed timeframes, addressing guests requests promptly, reporting any deficiencies via Opera, assisting the Head housekeeper in managing the Housekeeping team, ensuring company policies and legal requirements are met (eg Health and Safety), and ensuring sound budget management in terms of payroll, stock control and other costs. The Person You'll have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role with at least one year in an assistant role. You'll have experience of delivering outstanding customer service, possess IT skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and will be able to inspire and motivate the housekeeping team to provide memorable experiences to our guests and customers.
