Are you a Veterinary Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? Do you aspire to work with a well-established and respected veterinary group that has been serving the community for decades? Our client is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Nurse to join their team across two of their south London practices.
Founded in 1952, this group has grown significantly over the years, now operating 46 practices and three flagship hospitals across Greater London. Both practices you'll be joining are nestled in the heart of southwest London, offering excellent commuter links and a charming village-like atmosphere just a stone's throw from the River Thames.
In these practices, you'll be part of a supportive and compassionate team, working alongside two experienced vets and a fantastic clinical support team who are committed to providing exceptional care and building strong bonds with their loyal client base.
Our client places great value on its colleagues and strives to create an open and collaborative environment. They've implemented a Colleague Forum to gather feedback, as well as monthly Town Hall meetings with the board of directors to share updates, conduct live polls, and host Q&A sessions. This approach ensures that decisions are made with input from the entire team. Additionally, all senior managers are trained in mental health first aid, and they offer Wellness plans for all new starters.
This RCVS-accredited practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including an in-house laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, and much more, providing you with all the tools needed to deliver the highest standards of veterinary care.
