Job Description:
As a Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of contentious trust and probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and contested estates.
You will represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and negotiation.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of trust and probate law, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service.
