We’re looking for you to join us as a Senior Finance and Commercial Business Partner, being a key valued leader in our senior eFulfilment leadership team. You’ll be customer facing as a finance partner and the role offers great breadth in variation, ownership and pace to support with our growth agenda for our business, whilst maintaining strong financial controls.
You’ll be supporting on new and existing business opportunities for our Rockingham shared user site, successfully onboarding new customers, ongoing customer relations and maximising BAU.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business partner key operational stakeholders to deliver site budget and profitability targets across multiple customers/contracts.
2. Full financial control responsibility for both the P&L and balance sheet, ensuring adherence to polices and procedures, as well as ownership of successful financial onboarding of new contracts.
3. Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and interpretation of the operations on a weekly/periodic basis.
4. Support and lead on contractual negotiations for renewals, taking the lead Commercial role for contract negotiations within guidelines and approval targets.
5. Present and lead from a Finance and Commercial perspective in customer facing meetings and reviews.
6. Carry out financial modelling and analysis to support decision making, including any new business propositions an develop models and reporting to drive performance.
7. Lead and manage delivery of the annual budgets, customer forecasts and align with overall HVeF expectations as set out by Financial Director.
8. Build, lead, motivate and develop our finance team to build capability and succession planning.
9. Report and own key performance indicators and ensure adherence to contractual commitments and deliverables.
10. Deliver and work in partnership with internal/external stakeholders in and outside of finance.
This is a hybrid 6 Month FTC opportunity, with up to 3 days per week in Rockingham, Corby.
What will you bring to our team?
11. Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with excellent financial and commercial experience.
12. Strong finance business partnering skills, with demonstration of drive, energy, and commitment to support customers/ business in overall commercial/financial performance.
13. Proactive approach and inquisitive mindset, with a passion for challenging and collaborating with teams to drive performance.
14. Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to develop good working relationships at all levels.
15. Self starter and can do attitude with a drive to success and deliver, whilst committing to continuous improvement.
