About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small but ambitious jewellery business known for its beautiful designs. As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of multi-channel campaigns, develop brand guidelines, and create compelling content that resonates with their customers. You’ll also manage and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring their growth and success while delivering results for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a marketing strategy across digital, social media, email, and print channels.
* Manage content creation that highlights the brand's unique story and offerings.
* Plan and deliver local events, collaborations, and product launches.
* Analyse market trends and customer insights to drive effective marketing initiatives.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media and influencers.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities for the marketing team.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within jewellery, fashion, or retail.
* Strong creative and strategic skills with a hands-on approach.
* Experience in line management, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
* Experience working in or understanding the dynamics of a small business environment.
* A proactive mindset with a track record of delivering results.
Please note - this role is five days a week in the office located in central London.
