Configuration and Data Management Lead.
HYBRID. 2 - 3 days a week on site in Harlow
A fantastic opportunity to lead a small team of Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM) staff supporting a range of hardware development and maintenance projects.
You will lead the delivery of the configuration and data management service, ensuring we manage design change effectively and deliver data to our internal and external customers.
You and your direct report will also support rollout of a new configuration management toolset, acting as the superuser for your projects.
The successful candidate will be a great communicator, building relationships with colleagues in the project team, customers, and peers in other projects.
Key Duties
Leading the Configuration and Data Management team
Ensuring effective Change Management across the projects
Supporting Release and Deployment Management for hardware and documents
Support the introduction of a new configuration management system

Knowledge and Experience
Experience providing configuration management on a project is required
Familiarity with Defence Hardware projects is advantageous
