Job Responsibilities:
1. Carry out all relevant warehouse processes, from receipt to despatch.
2. Actively promote and work within specified standards of depot health and safety.
3. Utilise all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary.
4. Carry out relevant processes relating to Goods in/Order picking/Goods out, as directed.
5. Pay close attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
6. Identify and understand errors and address them as directed.
7. Contribute to solutions for problems/errors to ensure continuous improvement.
8. Complete all tasks within specified time while ensuring quality of work.
9. Complete all processes in a safe manner, adhering to Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
10. Work safely, considering the safety of those around.
11. Use MHE as directed and in a safe manner.

Minimum Requirements:
1. A current FLT licence is required for this role.
2. Numeracy and literacy skills to complete work documentation.
3. Ability to work speedily and accurately.
4. Able to work on own initiative.
5. Experience of working in a warehouse environment.
6. Experience of working as part of a team.
7. Understanding of health and safety issues related to the warehouse environment.
8. Experience of working to performance targets.
9. Experience of using scanners and other IT devices.
10. Previous experience of working on a shift arrangement.
11. Able to work flexibly due to overtime requirements.
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Leigh, Monday to Friday PM shift, in a full-time permanent role.
Shifts and Rates:
0000-1000 Pay Rate £12.06 plus £1.87 shift allowance.
