This vacancy would be a strong match for someone who already gained some experience as a Digital Marketing Officer, Digital Marketing Coordinator or Digital Marketing Assistant and is keen to work within a target driven role with an emphasis on email marketing. Alternatively it would be a good match for someone working as an Email Marketing Executive or CRM Executive. What youll be doing The successful candidate will report into the Marketing Manager and they will work as a part of a larger marketing team. The purpose of the role is to support with a range of campaigns (predominantly but not solely executed via email marketing) which purpose will be to generate and nurture leads as well as increase event registrations. The postholder will be responsible for design, execute and optimise email campaigns, conduct A/B testing to maximise conversions. Itll be crucial to analyse results and prepare campaign performance reports. Other aspects of the role will entail support with social media activities and wider marketing support. What experience youll need to apply Previous experience working in a similar role with an emphasis on email marketing. Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor. Outstanding communication and analytical skills. Creative eye for engaging content. Comfortable working with performance based targets and KPIs. What youll get in return for your experience A salary of £30k opportunity of earning commission (up to 20% on top off the base salary which will be allocated in line with a wider marketing team and business performance). This role can offer a mainly remote working model where visiting the office at least once per week would be beneficial however we could consider less frequently for candidates based further away from the office.
