In this role you will work as part of a fantastic Private Client team, offering trusted advice to individuals, families, trustees, and businesses globally, with a focus on fostering long-term relationships and delivering practical solutions in areas such as tax, trusts, and estate planning. This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor and a more experienced one alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload involving all aspects of wills, trusts, tax, estate, and succession planning, and when necessary to a limited extent, Court of Protection work.
* Provide high-quality legal advice tailored to meet client needs.
* Prepare Powers of Attorney.
* Advise clients on basic Inheritance Tax Planning.
* Offer comprehensive advice on the broader implications of transactions or advice provided.
* Independently manage estate administration, including intestacy cases.
* Collaborate closely with the team to meet the firm's fee targets.
