Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Chadderton Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Customer Service and Call Centres Salary: £25,000 per annum Job Duties: Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive customer experience Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Required Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Education: Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in using customer service software and systems Understanding of customer service principles and practises Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in customer service or related field Experience in a call centre environment Working Conditions: Office-based role in a busy call centre environment Standard working hours with occasional weekend shifts May require handling challenging customer interactions
