We are pleased to be working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Engineering Firms based on the outskirts of Ipswich. They are currently seeking to appoint a Fleet Administrator to support their team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of issuing fuel cards, maintain accurate fleet registers and processing penalty charges, along with coordinating vehicle logistics. Key Duties: Create fuel reports. Update maintenance planner, fling vehicle records, requesting vehicles documents. Update drivers’ files. Keep fleet registers up to date. Issue new and replacement fuel cards. Arrange delivery or collection of company vehicles through 3rd party or internally. Assist with invoicing queries. Previous Skills & Experience: Ability to plan, prioritise and meet tight deadlines. High level of administration skills. Ability to deal with pressure in a professional manner. Act on own initiative. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
