In this critically important role you will be responsible for providing excellent after-sales support to all dealership parts customers in a polite and professional manner.
The successful candidate must have experience in a retail parts department operation; 2 years experience in a similar role is preferred.
Your major responsibilities will include:
* Interpret, quote and sell parts to all customers with the aim of achieving maximum gross profit, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
* Provide Technical and Product information to our customers
* Understand and monitor effective spare parts processes, including stock control and inventory
* Work in conjunction with end customers and other departments to maximise Parts Sales opportunities
* Provide professional & timely customer service to internal & external customers at all times
* Display professionalism when managing customer concerns while maintaining an unwavering commitment to Mercedes-Benz policies and procedures.
A thorough understanding of the wider passenger car industry would be advantageous. Highly developed customer handling skills using tact and diplomacy will be critical to the success in this role. The successful candidate will have Pentana systems experience, excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering high quality customer service and comprehensive automotive industry experience.
