Candidate Profile Essential Ability to prepare London market slips, endorsements, adjustments and accurate Client documentation. Experience preparing submissions and broking presentations for the market. Ability to work with the broking teams to prioritise workload and query any missing or incorrect content. Capability to provide support to our lead brokers and to interact and build relationships with London and overseas markets on allocated accounts. Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with our US and International producers and clients. Work with the Account Executive team to ensure all required information is documented. Coordinating with the dedicated Claims team in the event of a loss. Building a strong working network of our global colleagues and partners Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software applications. Collaborate with the team to update, account sheets, revenue trackers, budget sheets and market appetite documents. About The Position Account Manager Role – Responsibilities Within this role you will be responsible for the provision of day-to-day account management and servicing of our client’s insurance programmes to support the retention and development of the business. Additional key role responsibilities will include preparing Client and London market documentation, engagement with underwriters, obtaining quotes from key markets, managing the new business pipeline, project management work for specific key Clients, and effective and timely management of all renewals to ensure completion by the due date.
